Our Safe Care Contracts let you choose what level of cover you want to take out on your gas central heating system.

Bronze Cover:  £10 per month
  What is covered:
• Boiler and controls

  What is not covered:
• Under-floor heating systems
• The removal of sludge or hard water scale from the boiler or the   system
• The replacement of any boiler over eight years old
• The appliance flue that is not part of the boiler


Silver Cover:  £12 per month
  What is covered:
• Boiler and controls
• Central heating system (hot water system only)

  What is not covered:
• Under-floor heating systems
• The removal of sludge or hard water scale from the boiler or the   system
• The replacement of any boiler over eight years old
• The appliance flue that is not part of the boiler


Gold Cover:  £15 per month
  What is covered:
• Boiler and controls
• Central heating system (hot water system only)
• Annual service

  What is not covered:
• Under-floor heating systems
• The removal of sludge or hard water scale from the boiler or the   system
• The replacement of any boiler over eight years old
• The appliance flue that is not part of the boiler
